The following .m files plot figures used in the paper.

plot_Fig1_Fig2.m
plot_Fig3_Fig4.m
plot_Fig5_Fig6.m
plot_Fig7_Fig8.m

The relevant files are the following:

imperfect_Solve_Compact.m
This is the subrutine called by the above two files to solve the model, given two inputs.
These two should be placed in the same Workspace.
	(1) par = MATLAB structure containing parameter values.
	(2) MUs = An H-by-(1+5) MATLAB array containing exogenous paths for muc and muw's for different types, where H is the length of horizon for simulation.

imperfect_ObjFun.m
This function evaluates the (5*H) values of the objective function.

imperfect_DynPath.m
This file computes dynamic paths of the model variables, given three inputs.
	(1) N = A 5*H-by-1 vector containing hours worked for 5 different types.
	(2) MUs
	(3) par

The above three files have some variants, which consider the forced quarantine case (with postfix _FQ) and a simpler case (with postfix _simple).

OptContainment.m
Conducts the optimal containment policy. It takes quite a while to finish (need to set different values for psi manually). So, it is recommended to utilize the saved results. Results of optimal containment policy experiments are stored in the .mat files (OptMuc_XX_yyyymmdd.mat), where XX corresponds to the value of psi.
	The objective function is OptMUCt.m.

SaveParameters.m
Save parameter values, whose calibralion targets are specified in CalibTarget.m.
